Meeting with the client and understanding their requirements is vital to the project success.

The conceptualization of the design begins here, rough drawing are presented to the client.

Detailed drawings of the schematic design are produced with consideration to the different aspects of the design.

/ Construction documents
Technical drawings and necessary specifications are prepared prior to building permit application and construction.

After the approval of the construction budget, installation and construction commence.
